The debt/ account is under the name XXXX XXXX . This debt/ account does not belong to me. I have disputed this alleged debt/ in my credit file with XXXX and TransUnion XXXX It was not resolved and deleted from my credit file. The response to me was updated. They refused to delete this alleged fraudulent account from my file. The date they have for this account shows opened XXXX XXXX, 2010. Having seen this it more than 10 years the alleged account reported. I am aware of FCRA laws regarding this type of matter.
