Speedy Cash has sold an account to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Speedy Cash has been indemnified and in addition to this XXXX, XXXX XXXX continue to claim to be representng them. The information is inaccurately being reported on XXXX. XXXX and XXXX have removed this inaccurately reported information. Speedy Cash needs to be fined along with XXXX regarding this matter. Several complaints have been filed regarding the matter and it will continue until these shady people stop putting wrong information on my credit report. This item was removed from my credit and they keep reporting it again. Now XXXX is not reporting it on my credit report for me to see it and dispute it with them directly, but when a lender pulls the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is coming up as derogatory reporting. They claim they are reporting for Speedy Cash which was removed 2 years ago from my credit report and XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting it again. This is a clear violation of the Fair Debt and Collection Act to rereport information under a different name as if its a new account after it was already removed
