Dear CONN APPLIANCES , INC . Your company is furnishing inaccurate and incorrect information to the consumer reporting agencies. The reporting of such inaccurate information has caused serve damage to my character, my reputation my general mode of living and my ability to obtain credit for personal and house purpose. Per : 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. 1 ) Prohibition ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Please remove account XXXX from all reporting agency immediately or will consider taking legal action against you. LAST REPORTED DATE, DATE OF LAST ACTIVE AND DATE OF LAST PAYMENT are all inaccurate. I have enclosed a copy of all inaccurate information Exhibits A and a copy of my driver licenses and utility bill as proof of identity. I tried to send you information regarding this matter in my mail was return the address you guys are reporting on my consumer report is also wrong
