I have on two previous occasions requested copies of the information you used to authenticate the claims of debt against me certified received on XX/XX/XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX proof is attached. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ( a ), I have a right to copies of all of the documents and information that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of the original request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. If you are unable to provide validation, verifiable proof such as signed contracts or agreements within 30 days of receiving the first certified letter, which was received on XX/XX/XXXX, you must remove the unverifiable and incorrect information.
