In XXXX I enrolled in a XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I completed 5 years of my masters as a full time student and than was involved in an XXXX. Left with a XXXX XXXX I was unable to finish and obtain my license to make money. My student loans ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX and plus loans went into default ). I was granted XXXX XXXX According to XXXX- XXXX onset XX/XX/XXXX, date of entitlement- XX/XX/XXXX - medical review XX/XX/XXXX with a 3 year review status The treasury did a TOP offset to my check for $ XXXX. ***Social security administratioXXXX NEVER reviewed meIN 3 years instead they forwarded me a letter that : *** I DID NOT NEED TO BE REVIEWED. It is now 7 YEARS LATER. According to XXXX discharge form with NELNET,- with a XXXX year NO REVIEW, I can ask that my loans be discharged. I forwarded NELNET the letter of no review needed by SSA. NELNET declined my TPD due to SSA having me listed as 3 year review! HOW DO I GET SSA TO CHANGE MY REVIEW LETTER TO 5-7 YEARS SO NELNET WILL APPROVE THE TPD DISCHARGE?
