First of all, I have three companies ( Monterey financial services, XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) writing, emailing and call me for the same account. Each of them have different account numbers but Monterey financial services have me list on the credit bureaus as being late. I called XXXX XXXX who I was making payments to about my account they told me they do not put anyone on the credit bureau. I asked them then who is Monterey financial services. I called them and I was switched to the collection department. i asked why did they put me on the credit bureau and they said I missed a payment. I never missed a payment to XXXX XXXXt but they said I missed in XX/XX/2021 which the payments were taken out automatic each month. I called my credit card company and they said a payment was never taken out but two payments were taken out the following month. I offered to pay this account out full if they would remove the information from my credit because it was not my fault and I don't know who Monterey financial is and they have report inaccurate information to the credit bureau. they said they could not remove it and they would file a dispute and get back with me. No-one from that company did not get back with me and they continued to call, email and harass me along with the other two companies.. I wrote three letters to Monterey financial and they have not responded to any of them. They have continued to ruin my credit reporting late payments inaccurate information and they have not prove the account is mine which is information I requested..
