Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX and I reside at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX. The nightmare begins XX/XX/2021 when I agreed to solar energy with a company XXXX who is now out of business and their lender partner Mosaic XXXX XXXX for solar energy systems. In XX/XX/2021 XXXX sent a group out to install panels on my roof and that was all, they locked me with the panels and I was paying in good faith thinking I was going green here in the near future but it turns out that theirs been no permitting done not anything but the holes in my roof now! I've waited and waited for them to return, I've called left messages I've reached out to XXXX numerous times in email and by phone and no response. I've tried to go through Mosaic to try to get through to XXXX and nothing. Mosaic has sent me to collections for default but both XXXX and Mosaic are the ones in default. I've asked Mosaic to cancel the loan but Mosaic is telling me that I have to cancel through XXXX ( why!?! ) who is now out of business and has left no line of communication to even try that. My credit score has been impacted by this scam and fraud ordeal and I now receive these letters from Mosaic about being in default under the Solar Loan Agreement and that they reserve the right to disable my solar equipment THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! and now like I mentioned my credit has been negatively affected and I should not have to pay for something I never received and I believe that this should be removed from my credit report as soon as possible. Please help me in getting this resolved. I've reached out to all 3 credit bureaus already in the attempt to clear myself and to just make a claim in my defense. So my hopes are to be cleared of the false claims by Mosaic to the credit bureaus that I'm in default and to get loan with Mosaic cancelled for breach of contract. Thank you
