I RECEIVED A CALL FROM XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) ON BEHALF OF FIFTH THIRD BANK REGARDING DEBT WELL OVER 10 YEARS OLD.THE CASE MANAGERS WERE RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, INSULITING, AND USED A BULLYING TACT TO TRY AND GET WHAT THEY WANTED. I WAS TOLD GET A JOB AND PAY YOUR BILLS ; I WAS ASKED DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL COMMUNICATIONS? I WAS TOLD WERE GOING TO CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER! MY KIDS AND THIER SCHOOLING WAS ALSO MADE FUN OF! I HAVE RECORDED THESE CALLS. FEDERAL LAW HAS BEEN VIOLATED, MY HUMAN RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, THIS IS A FORM OF HARASSMENT AND BULLYING AND I WONT TOLERATE IT. FIFTH THIRD BANK SOLD MY DEBT TO A COLLECTION AGECNY THAT HAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS! THEY EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO SPELL OUT PAY YOUR BILLS! I DEMAND JUSTICE!
