the appraisal for the home i bought on XX/XX/2021 had over XXXX incorrect entries. the appraiser inflated the value to match the loan and the mortgage company knew that. they with held the appraisal from me until less that 40 hours before closing so i would not have time to carefully look it over. they also charged me twice for the same fees. the home is structuraly not sound and they refused to look into it. due to this, i have lost my job, my credit is ruined and the home needs to be demolished. they have not looked into this and have offered no help in any way. the mortgage company also made my income appear to be more than what I reported.
