I received a call this morning from XXXX at XXXX, this person asked to speak with me and I said, " May I ask who's calling? '' because I did not recognize the voice nor did they list a business name. They stated, " XXXX XXXX '' even though it was a male 's voice. Then in a extremely stern voice, said, " Now is this XXXX XXXX '', I said " Yes, may I ask who is calling? '' in hopes that they would give me a business name. I honestly panicked because it was a local number and I thought it might have been one of my children sick at school or something. At this point XXXX raised her voice and said, '' MA'AM I just told you who it was this is XXXX XXXX and I am calling with National Credit Systems ''. I said " yes, and what is this in regards to? '' and She yelled at me again and said " MA'AM I'M TRYING TO GET THERE IF YOU WOULD LET ME ''. At this point, I stated " uh, uh, no ma'am I don't have to take that kind of tone, '' basically asking her to calm down and she hung up on me. I called back twice at XXXX and XXXX trying to speak with a supervisor to report the call and to figure out what the debt was for and both times they continued to try to collect the debt instead of listen to me and the call at XXXX when I tried to escalate, they hung up on me again. Then the call at XXXX, I actually corrected my information that they had incorrectly on file, which goes to show I was willing to speak with them and not irate, but when I mentioned filing a complaint, I was told twice that there was no one I could speak with in regards, to my complaint.
