On XX/XX/XXXX I called to make a payment in response to an email I got from Navient offering a dollar for dollar match on my loan. I talked to the agent on the phone and they stated if I made a payment of {$710.00} that would bring my account current. I made that payment. I have received multiple calls every day from their accounting department trying to collect payment and I've explained to them that I made a payment on the dollar for dollar offer. Now they are stating that only pays interest, and I have been credited {$0.00} to my account and that I still need to pay {$710.00}. They also threatened to call my mother, who is a co-signer of the loan I took out in XXXX - XXXX. My original loans were for a total of {$37000.00}. I have an outstanding balance of {$30000.00}. I have made a total number of payments of {$95000.00} throughout the lifetime of the loan so far.
