I sent off a debt validation letter on XX/XX/2022 via registered certified US mail that was never responded to nor acknowledged by XXXX XXXX. Pursuant to 15 USC 1992c ( d ) I had my wife to complete a recorded call and speak with a representative about deleting the account in the amount of {$14000.00} off of my credit report as I have never given consent for them to report on my behalf ( 15 USC 1681a ). She unlawfully refused to speak to my wife citing that she is not account holder when my wife is lawfully able to speak as a consumer ( 15 USC 1992c ( d ) ). Also, this account is fraud and identity theft as the consumer credit transaction of the alleged account is already completed ( 18 USC 1028a ).
