I had a NSF check, it was run through Telecheck. The check did clear on the second submission. Tellecheck decided to put a freeze on my checking account. When I called them I was informed there was an outstanding service charge that they had submitted to my bank for payment as soon as it cleared I could continue right checks at Telecheck merchants. I was never informed of this charge, until I called them. I tried to write a check at a merchant and it was declined. again I called them, and their response was '' because of the history on your account, checks will be authorized at our discretion ''. My checking account is being held hostage.
