I purchased a car from a dealer and obtained financing from foresight capital LLC. The car was involved in an accident a week or so after purchase and was declared a total loss. My insurance agency has been trying to pay the car off but foresight capital llc can not and will not produce a title. The situation has caused me major hardship because foresight capital llc continues to report negative information to my credit report which has resulted in loss of my job, i haven't been able to obtain traditional financing and my bank account is overdrafted due to fees from foresight capital llc trying to draft the car payment every month for a car that they obviously do not own.
