To Whom it May Concern, I disputed a medical collection via XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX report number # XXXX Merchants Credit Guide C account # XXXX for {$430.00} as not mine and it recently came back verified as of XX/XX/XXXX with new XXXX report # XXXX. The problem I have with this company is that I called them directly to speak to a representative to verify the nature of this debt. I also called and spoke with the actual medical establishment and both companies stated this debt is do to a medical visit for a person name XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX also the medical establishment XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX aka XXXX XXXX XXXX stated the service was in Illinois I live in Michigan. This is not me or mine. I want to know how this was verified accurate when this account doesn't belong to me?
