In XX/XX/2021 I missed half of a payment to XXXX XXXX on a credit card. Myself, wife and our XXXX children, including my XXXX XXXX XXXX son, became stricken with XXXX over XXXX and XXXX and were unable to make the payment and it was reported late. I entered a payment plan with the company and brought the debt current in XXXX and XXXX. I wrote goodwill letters explaining the situation and CARES Act to the company and filed disuputes with all three credit bureaus also explaining the situation and the CARES Act. They all said the report was accurate and no information on CARES Act. I am requesting that the 30 day late payment be removed from my reports with all three bureaus in repose to the CARES act.
