My former apartment ( XXXX ) management falsely claims I owe rent from XX/XX/2021 ; however my lease ended XX/XX/2021. I have provided proof of my signed lease and email exchanges of the lease end date with XXXX. Furthermore, XXXX claims they sent notices to me about this, but I did not receive anything from them. Procollect, the debt collection agency, will not resolve this issue and they have been rude, uncommunicative and when they first contacted me, did not make clear what this matter was about simply saying it was an urgent business matter. Folks I have spoken with there have been unprofessional and taken a tone with me. No one will actually review my case in a serious way, and if they would, they would drop this false debt claim immediately. I have been trying to resolve this issue over the past 2 months to no avail. This is a grave miscarriage of justice.
