After speaking with XXXX Bank, new information has come to light on their reflecting late payments to their company. Their claim is that I purchased an XXXX at XXXX in XXXX of 2021. As earlier reported, I gave my son permission to purchase the system via XXXX XXXX. I have found the receipts and the proof that he purchased the system months later using out XXXX XXXX card at XXXX XXXX. XXXX we have a case of identity theft. We did not make this charge, it should be removed from my credit report. Further, I paid the invoice because I wanted to stop the negative information. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount I paid. Note also that the purchase was made and picked up in XXXX area. I have the receipts, serial numbers, etc of our purchase. Please help me resolve this with XXXX Bank.
