Capital One Bank keeps changing remarks on my credit report to charge/off to closed to late payment and its dropped my scores over XXXX points because of these inaccurate remarks. The creditor agreed to a pay for delete on the referenced accounts that I paid. I dont want to file a law suit for this but I will forced to if they do not delete these accounts and all related remarks on all three credit bureaus. Accounts- XXXX and XXXX
