After dealing with XXXX Bank on a Auto loan incorrect reporting to the credit bureus. Loan was Paid off in FULL XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. They are marking XXXX of XXXX XXXX late even though I had spoke with multiple Reps on phone over weeks leading up to sale of truck that I was in process of selling truck and it would be paid in full. Truck was sold on XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX BANK that day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to ask if I should make XXXX payment being it would be 30 days on XX/XX/XXXX. Their response was it was not needed and they will make note of account to state vehicle had been sold and payoff was being sent. This didnt happen and 30 day late mark went on my credit EVEN though before it was reported as " late '' they recived full payment for the vehicle before they marked it as late, I got the alert around XX/XX/XXXX and by that time they had already had full payment for the truck. And the payment the are marking late is the last payment which was included in the Payoff. I was never late on any payments to them leading up to this, I kept in contact with them to make sure nothing would be marked late and even offered to make payment day of to avoid a 30 day. I was assured it would be noted on account that vehicle was paid off in full and assured no negative marks would happen. After speaking with them again and again I am told that those " cutomer services reps '' do not have the authority to make those calls. Well when I am told by a rep of their company the above how am i suppose to know I need to go to a different person that makes that decision when it was never offered to me. I have spoke to multiple people now at XXXX BANK and they all tell me they agree with what happened wasnt right, but they cant change what was reported. Attached is a copy of the sale of Truck on XX/XX/XXXX For the XXXX XXXX XXXX They have also reported to the 2 bureaus incorrectly/different on what month. Than on XXXX shows paid as agreed Equifax it shows it was XXXX payment XXXX Shows XXXX XXXX Shows " Paid, Closed ; was Paid as agreed ''
