Since XXXX, I have contacted TransUnion approximately 20 times through notarized, written correspondents and sent by certified mail to inform them of the more than 100 inaccurate pieces of information that they are furnishing on my credit report along with the violations of my rights. In accordance to the FCRA & FDCPA TransUnion and creditors are violating my rights and are in VIOLATION of the following : Violating Consumer Protection Afforded by the FCRA : TransUnion has furnished information without my permission. I have not granted. Permission in writing for furnish any information.
