I have had an account with Klarna since early XXXX. Beginning XX/XX/XXXX Klarna began asking security questions that did not pertain to me, clearly pulling in data from another individual with the same name. When I contacted Klarna support and voiced my concern they advised there was nothing they could do. Ever since voicing my concern to their support staff I am now being denied use of the line of credit completely. Their application is going from we need to verify some additional security questions direct to denied without even attempting to ask security questions. It feels like this was a retaliatory move on Klarnas part for me expressing concern that the data they had for my account had somehow begun to mix with another individuals of the same name.
