On XX/XX/XXXX of this year, I filed a claim for stolen funds off of my " Vanilla '' card and I proceeded to send them a written copy ( provided by them ) of details for how much was taken, etc. I am still waiting for resolution to this matter! I have emailed them about the status of the case, and received no reply except for one stating they couldn't find my account info! Ugh! I immediately wrote back and told them I made copies of EVERYTHING so it shouldn't have taken this long to resolve.
