My Mortgage company escrows taxes to be paid. We have faxed and send the bill to them as per there instructions as soon as we receive it And they have not been paid. We have received a notification from the county that our house may go up for sheriffs sale. The tax bill was faxed to them on XX/XX/XXXX. The tax bill was mailed to them on XX/XX/XXXX. The sheriffs notice was received on XX/XX/XXXX. I called them and cant reach anyone to help us to find out why the bill is not being paid. My statement shows that the money for the taxes is in escrow. The same incident happened last year.
