I received a demand letter from Medicredit Inc., on XX/XX/2022. Medicredit Inc., are debt collectors demanding a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I have not received any goods or services from Medicredit Inc., and I do not know how Medicredit Inc., received my private medical information. Medicredit Inc., does not have a permissible purpose to contact me for any reason in regards to anything. There are no contracts in place to support we have agreed to honorably conduct any type business and I have not agreed to pay/tender anything to Medicredit Inc. My HIPPA rights have been violated. I am not a party to any agreements that Medicredit Inc., may or may not have with XXXX XXXX. I have not agreed to pay/tender anything to Medicredit Inc. , or XXXX XXXX XXXX Medicredit Inc., and XXXX XXXX reply outside of the CFPBs portal, must be delivered via the postal service. If the envelope is not properly stamped by the postmaster ; it will be returned to sender due to mail code violations. Please abide by all mail codes. All calls are recorded for my safety. Please be advised that neither Medicredit Inc., or XXXX XXXX are Holders in Due Course. Please Cease and Desist.
