This is not sent in error, on XXXX XXXX, my information was used to open a Store credit card that I didn't not agree to. I contacted the company JARED the galleria and XXXX XXXX to have the inquiry and card closed .However they continuously transfered me to other employee and not the fraud department. Every employee states they do not have a fraud department.However this is a violation under multiple laws : -under 15 U.S. Code 1602 ( p ) - unauthorized use of my information -Misleading False Reporting FDCPA Section 807 -This account is negligently and inaccurately reporting failing to comply to 15 USC 1681.
