XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has used multiple debt creditors with wrong and possibly false information. Every time we take our kids to our XXXX they say you owe nothing for a wellness check under obamhacare rules. Then every couple months we get bills for a XXXX or XXXX there. they also only go every couple of months. But every time these credit places have contacted us they send a debt collection without any 20, 60, or 90 days let alone any other correspondence. This latest one is medicredit www.medicreditcorp.com I really wonder who the person at XXXX is getting a kick back to keep making this fraudulent bills. Everytime they come out of the blue the only reason I keep going back is that my wife loves the XXXX but for XXXX they either need a accounting audit or a investigation by the proper authorities at this point. I would ask that you have both XXXX and this collector provide full bills, correspondences to the physician not a company representative, full correspondence to the insurance company, all messages send to the supposed debtor. And a full break down of the bill. This at the very least violates the FCRA but like I say this has happen so many times for a XXXX there and here someone maybe making a profit off of scare tactics. I have insurance and we always ask if we owe something. I have multiple witness to that affect. thank you
