I have tried to reach out to Persolve Legal XXXX several times requesting them to provide me with an interest disclosure and a break down of how the interest is being accumulated on my credit report after several requests they refuse to disclose this information so I am under the suspicion that they may be charging more interest than legally allowed based on the contract they purchased from XXXX. I have requested this information XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, and XXXX XXXX. The balances reported on my credit report are also reporting inaccurately which I have contested several times without response. I have seen a change in balance since I settled with Persolve legal XXXX in court however the balance reflected is still reporting inaccurately whenever I contact this company by phone the representatives hang up on my immediately when I ask for a detailed billing history.
