XXXX has been contacted by mail on XXXX XXXX that they are incorrectly reporting the balance on the XXXX XXXX. In addition, they are failing to report payments made on the account. The information supports that the agreement to pay {$9100.00} would be accepted to settle the debt. They agreed to this amount on XX/XX/XXXX. The payments to date have been on XXXX XXXX for {$260.00}, XX/XX/XXXX for {$260.00}, XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX, and {$260.00} XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is reporting the full balance as a charge off for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. The payments have been reflected on the full amount of the balance which was agreed to settle for $ XXXX payments of $ XXXX {$1000.00} which leaves a balance to be paid based on the agreement of {$8100.00}. XXXX reports the amount due of {$14000.00} which reflects payments to reduce the balance from the amount that XXXX arbitrarily decided to report on as I am following the rules of the settlement agreement with XXXX. When I discussed the matter with XXXX the agreement would state the balance due of {$9100.00} with the payments being made. The account would be reported as closed versus a derrogative against me each months for making the agreed upon payment. XXXX is making this decision to hurt me regardless of their agreement to settle the account. I am demanding the XXXX honor the agreement and report accurate and honest information to all the credit bureaus. The letters sent to me do not respond to the information attached to this complaint and can be viewed as incorrect on the XXXX credit bureaus.
