THIS COMPANY IS STILL REPORTING A FRAUDULENT BANKRUPTCY AFTER INFORMING THEM SEVERAL TIMES THAT IT IS FRAUDULENT. THEY WONT EVEN INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. XXXX REPORTS THIS FRAUDULENT BANKRUPTCY CASE NUMBER XXXX BECAUSE ITS REPORTING ON A FILE FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE INFORMED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE BANKRUPTCY IS FRAUDULENT AND THEY DON'T CARE TO EVEN INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. I FILED A IDENTITY THEFT REPORT TO REPORT THE CRIME AND INCLUDED THAT REPORT WITH MY DISPUTE TO THE COMPANY. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE NOT A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY AND THEY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SUED BY HUNDRED OF PEOPLE REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE. I AM WORKING WITH A LAW FIRM TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. SO FAR WE HAVE A PETITION WITH 998 PEOPLE. THE UNITED STATES COURTS HAVE DEEMED THAT THIS COMPANY IS IN FACT SUBJECT TO THE FCRA AND THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE IT. THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE ACCEPTABLE. I HAVE LOST OUT ON HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO THIS FRAUDULENT BANKRUPTCY REPORTING AND IT ALL STEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.
