I was a co signer for a auto loan and the vehicle was bought back by the dealership due to malfunction the bank loan was bought from bank but they do not want acknowledge it and they are reporting on my credit report charges off bad debt I have disputed this several times and they won't correct it I have spoke to them by phone and they won't correct it.
