TD auto finance is showing as an account that not only has a balance but that is still open and that it was included in a bankruptcy, which dropped my score XXXX points. I disputed it with XXXX as well as XXXX around XX/XX/XXXX and its not changing. I spoke with TD auto on XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX who said the account shows as a total loss in TDs computers thus there should be no more reports and account was reported as closed. XXXX claimed the dispute was finished on XX/XX/XXXX and didnt change the information. I contacted TD again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who said again the account is closed as of XXXX with TD and yet credit bureau is reporting false information with the account still open as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have once again disbuted this with XXXX and XXXX and they are NOT FIXING THE INACCURACIES! They are ruining my credit score and doing nothing to fix the wrong information by saying its true when the company ( TD ) clearly shows different and correct information.
