The debt was created in XXXX it has gone through several creditors. Payments were made to one but it was sold again and there is no record of that Also, it is showing on my account as a recent account a XXXX account when that isn't correct. I've asked it be removed I've disputed it through XXXX and nothing works. They aren't recording payments properly and the debt is being treated like its new when it should have been removed from my card. This claim is also for a phone that was lost and then the company refused to replace it despite insurance. They continued to charge service fees while I had no phone. I disputed the charges and canceled my service. This needs to be removed from my account
