I been paying capital one payment XXXX dollars a month but when covid hit and a death in the family I could no longer keep up with the payments. I spoke to a rep and they told me that they can put me on a skip plan where I dont have to pay the minus payment but I will still incur interest. Now I just get a bill recently it is stating the payment is XXXX dollars payment. I dont have anything on the card and they still keep taken interest out the card. They keep telling me theres no help for me there using a computer to determine how I need help. The bill is going up and I have no way of stopping this interest they wont give me long term situation they keep asking me is it permanent I keep telling them it is and all they keep giving me is skip now there just going up and up for something XXXX cant afford and its not right what there doing. How can I pay anything if they keep taken money out of the credit card and theres nothing to take.
