XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX had irregular and fraudulent billing on my account during the beginning of pandemic in XXXX, 2020. I was sent the incorrect cell phone, returned the phone with the packaging they provided and they then charged me for a damaged phone. The dispute went through arbitration and received a settlement from XXXX XXXX for the amount they incorrectly billed me. My apartment community, XXXX XXXX is responsible for tenants cable payments via rent charges. I do have the settlement letter and do not know why I was reported to collections for {$1100.00}. I have contacted both collection agency and XXXX and neither has been able to produce any bills for the amount reported to collections. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
