According to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. XXXX has deleted mentioned account. XXXX is reporting date filed on XX/XX/2015, while Equifax is reporting the date filed as XX/XX/2015. Thus, making my consumer file inaccurate. The second inaccuracy in my consumer file would be the fact that the reference numbers do not match. XXXX reports the reference number as XXXX, XXXX reports XXXX, and Equifax reports XXXX. Another inaccuracy. The closing dates and the courts are also inaccurate. My rights protected under the FDCPA and FCRA have been violated. I never gave any person permission to furnish any information on my consumer report and my privacy as a consumer has been infringed upon as well. Certified mail Tracking number XXXX mailed to XXXX XXXX XXXX New York XXXX I received notice from Bankruptcy Court stating the court is not associated with credit reporting agencies. What is included or expunge from a credit report is determined by the consumer reporting agency itself, not the Court.
