Experian, XXXX, and XXXX are incorrectly reporting a collection that was posted on my credit score from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( based on an unjust bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I broke my lease in XXXX of XXXX and only lived there for only 5 months. My apartment was left in the same condition as it was given to me but they charged me {$340.00} for painting, refurbishment fees. They have no proof that the apartment was left in poor condition to warrant this {$340.00} fee nor did I sign an agreement stating that Id be charged this amount from the complex if I leave the apartment in a particular condition. This collection has negatively impacted my credit score and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX stated that they will not delete this collection from my credit report, even though I paid the collection off. Additionally, XXXX, Experian, & XXXX are still reporting this collection on my credit even though Fair Collections and Outsourcing has no proof of the apartment condition or paperwork that I signed agreeing to pay a particular painting fee. Since XX/XX/XXXX, Ive filed disputes with the credit bureaus and nothing has changed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX needs to be held accountable for not deleting an incorrect and fully paid collection from my credit report. The credit bureaus also need to be held accountable for verifying incorrect collections information on my credit score.
