The problem is with the Freedom Mortgage Company. On XX/XX/22, I sent the updated final documents that followed the loan modification period and asked the company to put my account on Auto pay through my bank. I asked them to make the monthly mortgage payment directly from my checking account. I sent the updated final documents through XXXX, and the tracking # is XXXX. I called the Freedom Mortgage company twice, and the customer services agent informed me that Freedom Mortgage had received the updated final documents. I also asked the agent to report that I called twice, asking Freedom Mortgage to directly take the monthly mortgage payment from my checking account. The agents informed me that he had noted my request twice. Nothing has happened so far ; no feedback from Freedom Mortgage, and the company has not put my account through the auto pay from my bank so I can pay my monthly mortgage payment as agreed. I have been dealing with this issue for more than 6 months now. This is the second time the problem is happening, and I have paid twice for the notarization.
