I previously had a line of credit with this company but decided to close it last year. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case because every month they continue to send me a statement ( which shows available credit of {$2000.00} and a balance of {$0.00} ). I have contacted them numerous times about this and each time I am promised they have resolved the issue and that the account is closed and I would stop receiving statements. As I received a statement from them yesterday, I can confirm this is not true. When I log into my account with the company it still shows my line of credit as " active '' but then states " Your account is currently ineligible for new draws. Please refer to our email communication for more information. '' ( Note that no such email exists ). When I've tried to regain access to the line of credit the company tells me I can't and I would have to reapply. When I reapply I get an adverse and letter which literally lists the reason for being denied as " o ''. I've tried to call the company but they only provide false information such as " we have nothing to do with the adverse action notices they come from XXXX so you should contact them " ( even though the letter is signed by " Upgrade Inc. '' and states in part " The reporting agency played no part in our bank partners ' credit decision and is unable to supply specific reasons why they have denied credit to you. '' ). No one from the company has provided me a reason for the denial nor have they addressed any of the issues I've explained today and/ or have faced.
