I am attempting to refinance my mortgage ; however, my current mortgage servicer, Planet Home Landing, reported that I was delinquent with a late payment in XX/XX/2021, but that payment was in fact made and drafted from my bank. I have the bank statement referencing that the payment was made. Because of this alleged " late payment '', I am unable to qualify for any refinancing options and it is affecting my credit standing. I am experiencing severe financial hardship and every attempt I make to refinance the mortgage is not successful because of this.
