My credit/XXXX with XXXX is always lower than other bureaus. My Identity was stolen by them twice and in order to " boost '' my credit scores they want us to list all accounts/bills we pay w bank account passwords and direct connection to be accessed by them. I think it is ludicrous. It is not safe to have any info with them. I hate that company. 1- My credit score suffers bc they have derogatory info about late payments to XXXX XXXX from 6 years ago that was caused by having 2 different cards and getting mixed up about the 2 accounts. One was paperless billing the other was not. I wrote XXXX and XXXX to no resolve. They did NOTHING. 2- MRSBPO - also late payments because I had a dispute with XXXX XXXX. I paid thru XXXX at the time but was directed to that page and did not know what XXXX was. I NEVER had the resume service I paid for because it was exactly when COVID happened in late XXXX early XXXX I was NOT about to return to work as an XXXX. I am a widow with XXXX kids. I requested to cancel the resume service from XXXX XXXX who claimed they had no connection to XXXXXXXX XXXX i guess paid them {$180.00}. As I tried to explain to them I did not get the service and wanted to cancel XXXX sent me to collections with MRS BPO. 3-I finally paid MRS BPO because it was useless to recover my money and my credit has been kept lower because of this COLLECTION agency but now they are attempting to collect it again and it is reflecting on my credit. I need to apply for a mortgage and need my scores to be reassessed. I NEVER missed or was late on my house mortgage for 17 years. I think it is wrong to have these companies ruin the lives of consumers and hold us hostages when their service is mediocre at best. I can provide any records/communication you desire.
