My account has been closed by Mercury Banking for over 13 months now, and they ignored all attempts at legal communications including but not limited to demand letters and personal outreach. I spent money to get my money and they never responded or acted towards the legal outreach. Please hold them accountable to the financial institutional guidelines that they clearly don't seem to abide by. I can still log in to my closed account and see my unmovable and untouchable funds there. Any attempt at communication has been shot down and never responded to.
