I have attempted to contact CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING on numerous occasions, asking that they provide validation that this debt is owed by me. The company has not responded to any of my letters and have not been able to provide validation that the debt is rightfully mine. However, every week or so, they go in and flag the collection to the credit bureaus. They are clearly operating unethically.
