I currently have an auto loan with XXXX. I have been up to date on payments for the last XXXX months. However, it seems that everytime they report my balance information it goes up and down and every the report the balance as increasing Im reported by XXXX and Transunion as being delinquent. I went to the bank and questioned it and they said they will look into the issue. I sent an email a month ago and was told it would be looked at by Managment I have yet to have a resolution and have missed payments showing on my credit report which is bringing down my score that I am trying to rebuild.
