In recent days I opened a new credit card with XXXX XXXX and checked the XXXX SCORE and I realized that there was an account closed with the OPORTUNXXXX company with a credit of {$1200.00} dollars, which I never requested, I spoke to the company and provided my name, address and social security number and they tell me that with my social security number there is NO account but with my name if there is a registered accountto which I inform them that they are directly but with my name if there is a registered account affecting me due to said negative report on my credit. present the respective claim to the XXXX credit bureau since it is the only one of the 3 bureaus that has this negative report in the other XXXX there is no such negative report. someone unscrupulously used and/or stole my name and address to apply for this card.
