I never received a notice of sale!! The amount is incorrect!!! That is inaccurate information!!! The Credit Bureaus are reporting XXXX as a Repossession when originally it was a credit sale!!! Inaccurate information!! Transunion is reporting over {$13000.00} XXXX is reporting {$9700.00} and XXXX is reporting {$9200.00} XXXX different amounts so how was this verified? Therefore its an error or a lie!! This could not have been verified properly if its XXXX different amounts!!! Also, I have enclosed documentation proving this is all inaccurate information based on all of the technicalities!! According to the FCRA!! I have the right to a fair credit report but if youre allegedly reporting this as a repossession then why are you still reporting late payments on my report? An error or a lie!! Therefore this should be immediately deleted off of my Report!! Also according to the Nevada of Limitations They Also violated Repo laws!! According to the FCRA it has to be reported XXXX percent accurate!! This is all inaccurate information therefore should be deleted off of my Report!!! Also this was an illegal repossession which took place on private property!!! They unlawfully trespassed on private property!! The repossession took place on XXXX XXXX XXXX!! Its no trespassing on private property!!! This is illegal in the state of Nevada!! Breech of Peace!!! I also have the right to an attorney if this is not immediately deleted off of my report!! The vehicle allegedly sold in auction for {$4300.00} according to XXXX yet they are reporting late payments but offered a settlement of {$5000.00} all inaccuracies and technicalities that should be deleted off of my Report immediately!! Please delete XXXX Immediately!!
