On XX/XX/2022 I had used my spouse bank card ending in XXXX of {$160.00} with the conformation # XXXX I went online to pay the {$160.00} and it gave me a conformation # and when i check it again it had a balance of {$200.00} so when the XX/XX/2022 came I pay the other half of that {$200.00} with my card ending in XXXX along with the conformation # XXXX, and the only reason why I used my spouse bank card is because I had a bad cold and my purse was in the trunk of my car I been fussing with Westlake financial services about this for 3 and half weeks and they think I am lying about this which I am not because they did this to me the first time and I believe that this company is stealing people money because I seen the reviews and when I pay the {$160.00} they gave me an conformation number and I am on the phone with them now and they giving me the run around and trying to keep on lying about it and the customers are always right I have evidence stating that I pay of {$160.00} and the conformation # for that and the conformation # for the {$200.00} and they have me on hold and haven't came back to the phone yet I don't know if their doing fraud things on my account or some else.
