Hello I have received a {$25.00} Vanilla Gift Card as a gift years ago. Considering the fact that money does not expire, I had no urgency to use it until recently. I now notice that there are multiple fraudelent transactions on my account. Please note, I researched Vanilla Gift Cards and I see many people are losing money with this company. There are multiple horrible reviews and stories on the consumbe reports. I have tried working with them on re imbursing the money that I feel like was stolen from me. I sent them a request on XXXX XXXX. Sent them another request and for an update on XX/XX/2022 and another one on XX/XX/2022 only to be ignored by them. This is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. I am not sure how this company is still allowed to sell gift cards. Please reimburse the money that was stole from me. Sincerely XXXX XXXX
