Capitalone credit card cancelout my wife credit card, without telling me i am the husband the main member.Normally anything change i would get text message, i never got text message that it was cancelout.My wife tried paying her pre-paid XXXX account least four times an it was decline.XXXX kept asking about XXXX my wife put in decline change to old decline.So she called Capitalone with my cell phone Wednesday XXXX XXXX XXXX She got Customer Service explain they XXXX said it was cancelout and they issue New Card.She ask why they said XXXX tried to charge {$16.00}. they sent text message ask if i authorize i said No, Than they Capitalone Cancelout card Fraud.My wife was on Phone for XXXX XXXX, Than icalled Capitalone Wednesday XXXX XXXX PM after my wife try using my credit card, it was declined.Capitalone representive said my wife card was cancelout and who ever help her didnot order one it was cancelout.And this Customer Service i could not understand, she had Slur in her voice plus eating food in back ground. # XXXX She ask for my wife try to pay with my credit card to XXXX while she on phone.Than again it was Declined, Capitalone said it does not show XXXX charged was declined.I ask if my wife card was being replace Please give me her # so she can have make purchase.She said my wife card was Not Order was Not Completed.So she re-order card to be sent to our XXXX XXXX But she was asking me for my Phone number to send Text Message.I gave her my # on file.She insis of my old # But i change # XXXX XXXX of XXXX old number XXXX to my New # .Because i reported to FTC XXXX account got Hacked XXXX XXXX i kept get dirty text message ect.Capitalone Lady insis i needed my old number to receive her text message to prove iam me.Than she ask for Picture of My Driver License i told her she Must be Fraudulent Because thats what the XXXX Hacker ask when i applied for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX i gave Copy my Arizona driver's.Capitalone Lady said she Not fraud she Must be , because she will not except my New number on file address updated over week ago.I cant except text message to old number because i change my phone to New #, so i hung up ... After XXXX XXXX, She Refuse to send my wife New Card, She Refused to except my New cell Phone Number i updated on my Profile with my wife i been married over thirty-one years, i put double photo of us, they refuse for my wife to login when she had her card., Capitalone should quit Hire people that can not speak XXXX Clear.Same with XXXX.Many XXXX can Speak XXXX but dont know what words mean.
