In XXXX I moved from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I rented an apartment, sight unseen from XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I arrived the apartment was not what was expected and due to medical issues, it was not accessible for me. I tried to refuse to take possession but was told that since I had a contract, I was responsible for the rent rather I took the apartment or not. I moved in and set up the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX. I stayed in the apartment for less than a week, since I was having constant XXXXXXXX XXXX. So I moved in in XXXX was gone by XXXX and had rented another apartment by XXXX. I paid for at least XXXX months of service with XXXX but they continued to bill me. I spoke with them in XXXX and XXXX trying to get this taken care of. The apartment complex should have taken over the service when my lease was canceled. I do not know if they rented the apartment out or used it as a model apartment. Whichever, I should not be responsible for the bill of {$430.00}. XXXX has once again sent this bill to collections.
